Garbage Can Fly Trap

Attach this Garbage Can Fly Trap to the top of your garbage can lid to quickly and discreetly catch flies.

Flies are naturally attracted to the scent of garbage (because of course, they are).

Instead of just letting them enjoy the smell, this fly trap uses it against them. Cold-blooded but effective and with no chemicals for that matter.

To install this fly trap you’ll need to drill a hole on top of your garbage can lid. This works with both outdoor and indoor bins (although some curbside receptacles that already have holes seem to tamper with the fly trap’s effectiveness).

Insert the fly trap into the opening and screw it in.  Attach the included cartridge to the fly trap through the bottom of the lid and you’re all set.

Attracted to the scent, flies wander into the trap. The flypaper-lined cartridge ensures the flies stay there and don’t escape.

The cartridge can last up to 2 months and when it fills up you can release it right into the bin with one push of a button. Just insert a new cartridge to start the fly-hunt all over again.

It’s not sticky. It doesn’t mess with your room’s aesthetic by showing off fly corpses. And it doesn’t dangle in front of your face every time you walk into the house. With an exception of literal garbage, this is one of the most non-gross and easiest ways of dealing with flies. Finally.
