Vollebak introduces the Shielding Suit—a groundbreaking innovation designed to safeguard individuals from unwanted electronic intrusions.
Crafted from pure silver, this state-of-the-art ensemble blocks radio waves, ensuring that wearers cannot be tracked, hacked, or contacted via electronic means. The suit employs the same electromagnetic shielding technology utilized by NASA’s Mars Rover, effectively deflecting electromagnetic radiation and rendering users invisible to infrared cameras.

By embedding pure silver into the fabric through a metallization process, the material becomes an integral part of the suit’s structure, allowing it to deflect wave frequencies ranging from 0.2 GHz to 10 GHz—including WiFi, Bluetooth, Ku-band satellites, and radar systems.

This innovative approach not only provides a 99% signal reduction but also leverages silver’s conductive and antimicrobial properties to kill bacteria upon contact. The suit features pockets functioning as wearable Faraday cages, blocking access to devices regardless of their power state, and includes adjustable components for a customized fit.
Vollebak’s collaboration with Bremen-based laboratory Shieldex, known for creating high-tech metallized fabrics for space exploration, underscores the suit’s advanced design and functionality.
As concerns over digital privacy and health continue to rise, the Shielding Suit offers a proactive solution for those seeking to protect themselves from the pervasive reach of modern technology.
